This is my recipe for a simple black bean salsa. I primarily use this as a side.
This is a meal-prep recipe and usually lasts me about 1 to 2 weeks. Adjust for your needs.
Ingredients:
- 1 can Black Beans (no added salt) approx. 420g
- 1 can diced or crushed tomatoes approx. 400g
- 1/2 a red onion approx. 100g
- Coriander (amount per your taste)
- 60ml lime juice
Tools / Equipment:
- Large mixing bowl
- Knife for chopping
- Strainer
- Large spoon
Recipe:
- Chop onions
- Chop coriander
- Drain black beans
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix together with a large spoon
